Delivery Details

Orders taken over the Christmas shut down will be despatched on the week commencing 7th January 2008.

Delivery
Deliveries normally occur between 9am and 6pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods. We do not deliver single orders to multiple addresses. Delivery times only apply to items in stock. Any shortage or damage must be notified to us with 3 days of delivery.

Delivery, post and packing charges for our Standard Service
charges are as follows :

£1.99 for orders between £0- £1.99
£2.99 for orders between £2- £3.99
£3.99 for orders between £4- £5.99
£4.99 for orders between £6- £14.99
£6.99 for orders between £15- £34.99
£7.99 for orders between £35- £59.99
£10.99 for orders between £60- £99.99
Free for orders above £100-

Free delivery on orders above £100. Selected items will incurr a delivery charge which will be added to your basket, shown on the product page or emailed to you after order. Free delivery applies to UK mainland deliveries only (free does not applt to N Ireland and highland).

Most deliveries arrive within 48-72hrs. Please allow upto 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered.

Special Delivery Charges
Some items incur a special delivery charge because they are very large, bulky, fragile or some other reason, in this situation the extra cost will be displayed as you checkout or displayed with the product. If a number of items are ordered with special delivery charges you may have multiple delivery charges.

Furniture & Safes
Furniture, Large cabinets and Large safe products usually have a 10-14 day delivery waiting period and a special delivery charge. Some safe products can take upto 6 weeks for delivery.

Body Armour
All body armour products are special order items and can not be cancelled or exchanged. Body armour usually takes 4-8 weeks for delivery. Please contact sales for stock items if your order is urgent.

Export
Place your order online and in the normal way and once your order has been received by ouradmin team you will be contacted with a revised total including the correct delivery charge and estimated time of arrival for your location. You will be contacted with the revised charge before we process payment.

Next Day Delivery Service
Please call sales on 0800 056 0462 to see if the product you require is available on a next day delivery service. To guarantee a next day service you must request this service and place your order by phone before 3pm. This service is subject to a minimum next day charge ( £12.99 )

If we are out of stock
If any items you order are not available we will usually contact you by telephone or email if we anticipate the delay will be longer than 14 working days. If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items that are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s).

Part Shipment
In some cases, usually with large orders, we will part ship your order if all items are not in stock, with the items which are not available to fool. Your delivey note will detail this process and you can call Customer Services on 0208 507 9777 at any time to track the progress of your order.

How To Return Items
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product once it has been returned to us. You will need to contact Customer Services on 0208 507 9777 to obtain a returns number before the items can be accepted. We can not accept any responsibility for goods returned without a valid returns number. We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis so we are unable to exchange or offer a refund unless you have a valid reason.

We accept official orders and purchase orders from goverment bodies and account customers by fax on 0208 507 9900. You can also call sales free and place your order 0n 0800 056 0462.

How will I receive my goods ?
All goods are sent either via a courier service or Recorded post and will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted and you are unable to collect the goods from us, you may have to pay for a re-delivery.

Sale and Cancellation
We do not provide goods on a sale or return basis. Once your order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email it can not be cancelled. If it is possible for us to cancel an order in some special circumstance a handling charge will be applied.
